Denholm Energy Services acquires Dubai based architectural outfitting business Three Star Marine Services for an undisclosed sum.
Denholm Energy subsidiary Relay Engineering has acquired Three Star Marine Services in Dubai. Three Star provides architectural outfitting, insulation and deck coating services to the oil and gas and commercial shipping markets from its base in Dubai.
Three Star serves the whole of the UAE from its Dubai base and has an excellent reputation for timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Working across all the main dock yards in the UAE Three Star enhances Relay’s offering in the Middle East which already includes E&I, heat treatment and NDT services.
Group CEO Michael Beveridge comments, “The acquisition of Three Star continues our development in the strategically important Middle East market and will enable the expansion of both Relay and Three Star into new territories. We look forward to working with the team at Three Star.”

Three Star will be renamed Relay Engineering LLC and form part of the wider Group engineering offering under the Relay umbrella.
