Denholm Energy acquires Carlisle-based liquid waste management and industrial services company AndiDrain Limited
Denholm Energy Services has today announced the acquisition of Carlisle-based AndiDrain Limited. AndiDrain are experts in the liquid waste management and industrial services sector.
AndiDrain was established in 1990 and are highly respected in the industry for their integrity and professionalism.
The move by Denholm Energy subsidiary, Denholm Environmental Services, further strengthens Denholm’s waste management and industrial services offering which has seen it acquire MSIS and Hazco Environmental in the past 3 years.
The acquisition expands the geographic footprint of Denholm Environmental from the Scottish Highlands down to the Midlands and adds a comprehensive and market leading range of equipment to the portfolio.
